We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in our Tualitan office Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.  We are seeking someone who is:

  • Prior customer service experience (preferred in healthcare but not required, hospitality, food service, or retail will suffice)
  • Comfort working with basic computer systems, PDFs, and email platforms

  • Incoming calls
  • Managing Faxes
  • Incoming mail and package distribution
  • Birthday and Anniversary Cards
  • Office organization 
  • Office restocking 
  • Provide support to administrative and clinical needs as needed

 

The Administrative Assistant will handle various administrative tasks in our front office area by reporting to and assisting the Office Manager. This role plays an extremely important part in communicating effectively with patients, co-workers and other team personnel, with the continued goal of fulfilling Brighton's/Suncrest’s mission in providing the highest quality of care and customer service to our patients, their families and our referring sources.

  • Able to type 50 words per minute
  • High School Diploma
  • Completed 1-2 years of business college preferred
